By downloading, installing, or using the SyncFuel application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SyncFuel is a fitness tracking application that provides AI-powered features including:
(1) SyncFuel offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription terms, pricing, and features are displayed within the App.
(2) Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
(3) Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
(4) You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
(1) We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers.
(2) If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
(3) Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
(1) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
(2) You agree to provide accurate information when using the App.
(3) You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.
(1) SyncFuel is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
(2) The AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
(3) Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program.
(4) Body composition estimates and nutritional analyses are approximations and may not be 100% accurate.
(1) All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Tymofii Dolenko and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
(2) You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without explicit permission.
(1) The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
(2) We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
(3) Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
(1) We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
(2) Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
(3) You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and canceling any active subscriptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
